Introduction

This statement explains our commitment to accessibility on hybytes.com, the standards we follow, and how to report a problem.

1. Our approach

We want hybytes.com to be usable by everyone. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, and we design with keyboard navigation, sufficient contrast, scalable text, and screen reader compatibility in mind.

2. Third-party content

Some embedded third-party content, such as our live chat widget or video embeds, is provided by a third party and may not fully meet these standards. We choose providers with strong accessibility support where we can, and raise issues with them when we find one.

3. Reporting a problem

We test accessibility as part of our development process and prioritise fixes for reported barriers. If you encounter a problem, or need content in another format, contact us; we aim to respond within 5 working days.

4. Legal status

This statement was prepared in August 2026 and is reviewed annually.

hybytes.com is a business-to-business marketing and services website rather than a consumer-facing digital service or product in scope of the European Accessibility Act, so the Act's specific legal requirements do not apply to it. We align with WCAG 2.1 AA and the Act's underlying goals as good practice regardless.
