Introduction
We want to know if something goes wrong. This policy explains how to raise a complaint about our Services, and how we handle it.
1. How to raise a complaint
In the first instance, raise the issue with your Hybytes engagement lead, who will try to resolve it directly. If you would prefer to raise it formally, or if it isn't resolved to your satisfaction, contact us with:
• Your name, company, and the relevant Statement of Work or engagement reference.
• A description of the issue and, where relevant, dates and people involved.
• What outcome you're looking for.
2. What happens next
• We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days.
• A member of Hybytes management not directly involved in the matter will review it and, where needed, contact you for more information.
• We aim to provide a full response within 10 business days. Where a complaint is more complex, we will let you know a revised timeline.
3. If you're not satisfied
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can ask for the complaint to be escalated to Hybytes' senior management for a further review. Where a complaint relates to how we've handled your personal data specifically, you also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
4. Confidentiality
We handle complaints confidentially, sharing information only with those who need it to investigate and resolve the matter.
