Introduction
This procedure explains how to raise a concern about wrongdoing at Hybytes Ltd, what happens after you raise it, and how you're protected for doing so.
1. What you can report
Anyone who works with or for Hybytes Ltd may raise concerns about wrongdoing without fear of retaliation, including:
- Fraud or bribery
- Security or data protection failures
- Modern slavery
- Danger to health and safety
- Covering up any of the above
2. How to raise a concern
Raise concerns via our contact us form. If the concern involves the directors, it may instead be raised with the company's external accountant, or reported to the relevant regulator or prescribed body, for example the ICO for data matters.
3. What happens next
We acknowledge your concern within 5 working days, investigate it proportionately and confidentially, and report the outcome to you where lawful.
4. Your protection
Workers making disclosures in the public interest are protected by the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern is treated as a disciplinary matter.
