Introduction

This statement sets out our commitment to internationally recognised human rights, and how we put that commitment into practice.

1. Our commitment

Hybytes Ltd respects internationally recognised human rights, consistent with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the ILO core conventions.

We do not tolerate:

  • Forced labour
  • Child labour
  • Human trafficking
  • Unlawful discrimination
  • Harassment

This applies across our business and our supply chain. We respect freedom of association, provide fair working conditions and pay, and expect the same of our suppliers through our Supplier Code of Conduct.

2. How we put this into practice

We consider human rights impacts in our service and engagement decisions, including privacy and data protection. We provide accessible routes to raise concerns, through our whistleblowing procedure or our contact page, and we investigate every concern without retaliation.

3. Approval and review

This statement is approved by the directors and reviewed annually. It does not form part of any contract.
